Fish Scales? Netting? Fish Net? Who knows really... Cloth?
This is a flat fish scale/net/cloth type style.. It comes in 30 different colors. One of the styles/PNG Files is also transparent. So you can apply the style and then add a bevel to make it fish net like.

This is a cool effect, and living in the tropics, I’m sure I’ll be needing fishscale-abilities. However, I got lost at “apply the style” and “add a bevel”! I’ll figure it out somehow … I always do!
